Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Salify platform, web application, mobile interface, or associated APIs (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including shop owners, business managers, cashiers, employees, visitors, registered users, and subscribers. By creating an account or logging in, you confirm your legal acceptance of these Terms.

Salify is a cloud-native business management, Point of Sale (POS), inventory control, and financial reporting platform engineered specifically for retail, wholesale, and distribution enterprises in Pakistan and emerging markets.

Salify provides transaction recording, multi-warehouse stock reconciliation, party ledger accounting (Khata), thermal receipt generation, automated WhatsApp delivery, and AI-assisted financial bookkeeping. Salify is continuously updated with new features and infrastructure enhancements.

To access core features, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to: (a) Maintain the security of your password; (b) Ensure cashiers and staff use appropriate sub-user accounts; (c) Promptly notify Salify of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach; and (d) Accept responsibility for all transactions logged by your account.

Salify provides a 7-day full-access free trial on designated plans. No credit card is required to initiate a trial. Following the trial period, continuous access requires an active paid subscription (Basic, Pro, or Premium).

Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or yearly billing cycle. All subscription fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD). Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by applicable consumer law. We reserve the right to revise pricing with at least 30 days of prior notification to account holders.

You retain 100% full legal ownership of all data entered, uploaded, or generated inside your Salify shop account — including customer records, supplier invoices, inventory catalogs, sales logs, and financial balances.

Salify does not claim ownership or sell your proprietary merchant data to third parties. Your information is safeguarded using Google Firebase enterprise encryption standards (AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit). You may export your ledger and database records anytime via our export tools.

Salify incorporates artificial intelligence models to assist with natural language queries, demand forecasting, stock reorder recommendations, and bookkeeping audits.

While we strive for high precision, AI-generated calculations, projections, and suggested messages are provided for informational assistance only and should not be construed as certified audit, legal, or formal tax counsel. Business owners are encouraged to review final tax filings with their certified accountant.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local and national laws. Prohibited activities include: (a) Using the service for fraudulent billing, counterfeit inventories, or unauthorized activities; (b) Attempting to reverse engineer or breach Salify's infrastructure; (c) Transmitting malicious code or disrupting system performance; and (d) Reselling access without explicit authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this acceptable use policy.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime with automated cloud replication and redundancy, Salify does not guarantee that services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted during unforeseen network disruptions or third-party telecom outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salify shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages resulting from network downtimes or hardware failures on merchant devices.

You may cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time through the Account Settings portal or by contacting customer support.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease at the conclusion of your current billing period. You may request a final database export prior to account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms as our product evolves or as regulatory requirements change. For material modifications, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email, in-app notification, or prominent banner.

Your continued use of Salify following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your full agreement to the updated terms.
